Academic CentreThe Institute of Cardiology and Regenerative Medicine of the University of Latvia, thanks to its historical development, research topics and involved staff, has become the scientific center of Latvian cardiology and regenerative medicine.
With the establishment of the new Faculty of Medicine and Life Sciences of the University of Latvia from July 2024, the institute operates as a structural unit of the faculty.
